Baker McKenzie advised the Bern-based horticultural group B+G Schweiz AG, which successfully completed the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Nova Concept Piscines et Jardins SA, based in Massongex (VS), via Menétrey SA. The purchase will be retroactive to 1 January 2023 and is part of B+G Schweiz AG's national growth strategy, which can thus strengthen its presence in Western Switzerland.
Founded in 2016, Nova Concept Piscines et Jardins SA has quickly established itself as a renowned company in the garden and pool construction sector in the Chablais region. Through this acquisition, the group and Menétrey expand their regional presence in the Chablais region while gaining valuable expertise in the field of swimming pool construction.
B+G Schweiz AG, based in Kiesen near Thun, is the leading gardening and landscaping company in Switzerland. This acquisition underscores Menétrey and B+G Schweiz AG's commitment to sustainable growth, quality leadership and continuous innovation in the gardening and landscaping sector.
