Stéphane Davin named one of the "Top 40 CAC 40 lawyers" by Forbes France and LJA

Stéphane Davin, Partner and Head of the M&A department in Baker McKenzie's Paris office, has been ranked in the "Top 40 CAC 40 lawyers", published by Forbes France in partnership with French legal magazine La Lettre des Juristes d'Affaires (LJA).

Stéphane assists clients with their M&A transactions. He advises his clients throughout the various phases of their domestic and cross-border operations.

He is one of the lawyers singled out by Forbes France and the legal magazine LJA, following a survey of decision-makers at the companies making up the Paris market's flagship index.

The survey was conducted by Florence Henriet (Guide des cabinets d'avocats d'affaires), Ondine Delaunay (LJA) and Ghislain de Lagrevol (Business & Legal Forum).
