Baker McKenzie advises Banco BPM on the financing for the development of a real estate complex in Italy

Baker McKenzie advised Banco BPM on its loan of approximately EUR 24.3 million to G.I.C. Gruppo Italiano Costruzioni S.r.l. for the urban redevelopment of an area of approximately 6,550 square meters in Via Mameli in Verona, Italy, and the construction of a residential complex on the site, divided into four buildings with a total of 148/152 apartments and 154 garages.

Baker McKenzie advised Banco BPM with a team led by Alberto Fornari and Giorgio Telarico, assisted by associates Francesco Ciociola and Camilla Bassi and trainee Antonio Spampinato on the financial aspects, and by counsel Mario Cigno and associate Amalia Scimè on the administrative and due diligence aspects.
