Baker McKenzie has advised Yangzhou Yangjie Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. ("Yangjie Electronic Technology") on the USD 215 million global offering of its global depositary receipts (GDR) and listing on the SIX Swiss Exchange (SIX).
Yangjie Electronic Technology is a leading power semiconductor company that integrates the R&D, manufacturing and sales of semiconductor devices, semiconductor chips and semiconductor silicon wafers. The company has been listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange since 2014.
