Baker McKenzie advises Roth Gruppe on its acquisition of Belfor Brandschutz

Baker McKenzie advised Roth Gruppe AG ("Roth Gruppe") on its acquisition of Belfor Brandschutz, a company specialized in structural fire protection. Roth Gruppe has taken over Belfor Brandschutz's entire business in German-speaking Switzerland.

The transaction underlines Roth Gruppe`s growth strategy of both increasing its market share in Switzerland and expanding its service portfolio. The transfer of Belfor Brandschutz's operations to the Roth Group took place in January 2023.

Baker McKenzie Switzerland advised Roth Gruppe on all legal aspects of the acquisition.
