Baker McKenzie acted as legal advisor to Mirovia Nordic AB in connection with the acquisition of Cloudgruppen Sverige AB.
Cloudgruppen was founded in 2017 in Malmö, Sweden, to create an innovative company within the IT and telecom industry. The company builds smart solutions in IT and telecom, and have offices in Malmö, Gothenburg, Halmstad, Västerås, Österlen, Örebro, Helsingborg, Stockholm, Lund and Sundsvall.
Mirovia is a group that invests in entrepreneurial companies offering software solutions and niche IT services. Mirovia was founded in 2020 with the goal of being an active owner and business partner to small and medium-sized companies that have continued control of their own operations.
Baker McKenzie has previously acted as legal advisor to Mirovia in a number of acquisitions, including the acquisitions of Repona AB, IT-Huset Holding i Norden AB, Rebendo AB, F Consulting i Sverige AB, Traventus AB, Svenska Försäkringsfabriken i Umeå AB, Acino AB and Sundbom & Partners Holding AB.
