APAC AI Governance Principles and Regulatory Landscape

Our newly launched APAC AI Governance Principles and Regulatory Landscape tracker is now available. It compares the current AI regulatory approach across 12 AP jurisdictions as well as the broad principles that underpin them and the principles from 3 major international frameworks.

The tracker consists of:

• A heatmap to help organizations assess the type of regulatory approach a jurisdiction has taken regarding AI
• An indication of the likelihood of regulatory change in the next 12 months
• A color-coded table to indicate which AI principles are included in guidance and mandatory regulations in a particular jurisdiction

This will be updated periodically and future iterations will include more interactive features. If you have any feedback on how to make the tracker more useful to your organization, please let us know. We would love to hear from you.
