Our Germany lawyers work on some of the most significant matters in Europe, including German auto parts manufacturer ZF’s acquisition of Bosch Rexroth’s gearbox division and representing Steag and EVN during arbitration proceedings related to the construction of an €820 million power plant in Duisburg.
