Biography
Grace Wong is a partner in Baker McKenzie's Hong Kong office. She manages a number of high profile trademark portfolios for MNCs and advises on general IP issues and technology transactions. Grace has acted for public and private sector clients globally in a wide spectrum of industries.

- Advising a multinational insurance company on investment in a start-up company focusing on development of digital platform
- Advising a Korean electronics company on acquisition of a software and related transactions
- Advising a multinational consumer goods company on advertising issues in Hong Kong
- Advising a U.S. hospitality company on IP-related issues in a restructuring exercise and related transactions
- Advising a multinational media company on brand protection and managing its trademark portfolio in China

- Advising a U.S. agricultural company on proposed JV structure in China involving intra-company technology (and other IP) cross-licensing and reviewing related agreements

- Advising various MNCs on IP licensing arrangements and agreements
- Assisting in IP due diligence exercises for various commercial transactions, including proposed acquisitions and investments
