Biography

Elaine is a senior associate in the New York office of Baker McKenzie and is a member of the Firm's North America Tax Practice Group.

Practice Focus

Elaine handles complex matters related to the US federal income taxation of corporations and partnerships in the transactional, planning, and controversy contexts. She has a broad range of expertise, with extensive experience advising on qualification for renewable energy tax incentives, the purchase and sale of transferable tax credits, regulatory validity challenges, and international tax planning.
