Biography
Julie van Wulfften Palthe is a senior associate in the Employment Group of Baker McKenzie's Amsterdam office, where she advises on employment law as well as employment law litigation. She joined the Firm in 2015.
Practice Focus
Julie assists human resources departments of multinationals as well as the boards of small and medium-sized enterprises in employment law matters. She also provides legal support to clients going through the process of collective dismissals, Works Council related issues and (de)merger activities. She also advises in cases relating to illness, poor performance files and dismissal cases.
