Lynn van den Berg
Biography
Lynn van den Berg is a senior associate in Baker McKenzie's Tax Practice Group in Amsterdam and started her career at Baker McKenzie in 2017. Lynn focuses on tax dispute resolution, corporate tax law, international tax law and tax planning.
Practice Focus
Lynn’s clients mainly consist of multinational companies in the technology sector, ranging from online platform companies, to fintech companies and other highly innovative companies. She advises innovative multinational companies and their domestic or foreign shareholders on international group restructurings, international tax planning and disputes with the Dutch tax authorities.
Lynn has registered tax law as principal legal practice area in the Netherlands Bar’s register of legal areas. Based on that registration, she is required to obtain ten training credits per calendar year in tax law, in accordance with the standards set by the Netherlands Bar.
