Justus Tomson
Biography
Justus Tomson is a senior associate within the Amsterdam Dispute Resolution Practice Group. Justus studied at the Amsterdam University where he obtained his master's degree in 2016.
Justus has registered the following principal (and secondary) legal practice areas in the Netherlands Bar’s register of legal practice areas (rechtsgebiedenregister):
- General practice
- Civil law
Based on this registration, he is required to obtain ten training credits per calendar year in each registered principal legal practice area in accordance with the standards set by the Netherlands Bar.
Practice Focus
Justus' practice focuses on commercial disputes, including contractual, tort, post M&A, and shareholder disputes. He mostly represents international clients from a wide variety of industry sectors before Dutch district courts as well as national and international arbitration tribunals.
As a former consultant with a background in finance, Justus is often asked to advise on matters that involve complex financial or administrative evidence.
