Teolina Tentchev
Biography
Teolina Tentchev is a counsel in the M&A and Corporate Practice Groups of Baker McKenzie's Luxembourg office. Prior to joining the Firm, she worked for a number of law firms in Luxembourg for more than seven years.
Practice Focus
With more than 9 years of experience in Luxembourg as a corporate M&A lawyer, Teolina is a key member of the M&A team. Her primary area of expertise is on cross-border reorganisation and M&A with a particular focus on inbound and outbound cross-border migrations and (de)mergers, within and outside of the EU.
Teolina is assisting both international and domestic clients on a wide range of different and complex projects encompassing global restructuring projects, co-investments, setup of company structures, ongoing corporate legal services as well as local and international M&A, as lead Luxembourg counsel.
Her experience covers a range of business sectors, including in particular actors of the financial and insurance sector.
