Biography
Max Swart is a junior associate with Baker McKenzie Amsterdam's Banking & Finance practice group. Max joined Baker McKenzie in 2019 as a student and in 2021 as a lawyer.
Practice Focus
Max focuses on local and cross-border transactions with respect to real estate finance, acquisition finance and securities and advises banks and multinationals in relation to financing transactions.
