Jonathan Steinvoort

Jonathan mainly assists human resources departments of multinational clients as well as the boards of small and medium-sized enterprises on a range of employment law matters. He provides legal support to clients going through collective dismissals, Works Council-related issues and (de)merger activities, among others. Jonathan also advises on cases relating to illness, poor performance files and dismissal cases.

Jonathan has registered 'employment law' as his principal legal practice area in the Netherlands Bar's register of legal practice areas (rechtsgebiedenregister). Based on this registration, he is required to obtain ten training credits per calendar year in each registered principal legal practice area in accordance with the standards set by the Netherlands Bar.
