Biography

Nadia has more than 20 years of experience handling a wide range of finance, projects and corporate transactions, including project development and project financing, as well as acquisition, acting for international and domestic project developers, state-owned enterprises, contractors and lenders.

Representative Legal Matters

  • Representing a consortium comprising APG Asset Management N.V (APG) and a wholly owned subsidiary of Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) on its investment in the Trans Java Toll Road sections of Kanci-Pejagan and Pejagan-Pemalang in Indonesia, alongside the Indonesia Investment Authority (INA).
  • Representing Sembcorp Utilities Pte. Ltd. and PT PLN Nusantara Renewables in its joint venture and investment for the development of a 50MW photovoltaic (ground mounted) solar power plant with a battery energy storage system in Nusantara Capital City, Indonesia.
  • Advised Toyota Tsusho’s newly established operating company PT Patimban International Car Terminal on their participation in the automobile terminal operation business at Patimban New International Port, the first public-private partnership in the Indonesian port sector. 
  • Assisting a major Japanese company group in relation to the acquisition an Indonesian power company for the development of a 15MW Hydro power plant in North Sumatera, Indonesia. 
  • Advising Lestari Capital Pte Ltd on Indonesian law matters relating to the proposed establishment of Phase One of the Sustainable Commodities Conservation Mechanism including advising on the forms of the project services and RSPO purchase agreements between SCCM RSPO Pte Ltd, an SPV of Lestari Capital Pte Ltd.
  • Assisting a consortium of renewable energy companies (PT Medco Power Indonesia and Solar Philippines Power Project Holdings, Inc.) in relation to project development of a Solar PV 2x25MWp IPP Project located in Western and Eastern Bali. The work includes review and negotiation of Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) entered into with PLN.
  • Advising Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners ("CIP"), through its Copenhagen Infrastructure New Markets Fund I, on the acquisition of a 50% interest in a 400 MW portfolio from PT Akuo Energy Indonesia (a subsidiary of Akuo SAS) ("Akuo") and related equity funding and joint venture arrangements with Akuo. This is CIP first investment in the Indonesian renewable energy market.
  • Advising a member of Singapore logistics management group company for their contracts for the construction of a build-to-suit warehouse project in North Sulawesi, Indonesia.
  • Advising an Indonesian property development company with regard to the contracts for the construction of their flagship stores in two cities Indonesia.
  • Assisting a French-based utility company in the sale of its shares in PT Tirta Gajah Mungkur and the extension of a water facilities cooperation agreement between PT Gajah Mungkur and Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Kota Semarang (PDAM Semarang).
