Biography

Allison is a member of the Firm's Antitrust & Competition Practice Group, based in Washington, DC. Prior to joining the Firm, Allison worked as an associate for another multinational law firm and also clerked for the US District Court for the Southern District of Texas.

Allison routinely advises clients across industries on a full range of antitrust matters including litigation, investigation, and transactional matters.

Representative Legal Matters

Since joining the Firm, Allison has worked on the following matters:

  • Represented international corporations in global criminal competition investigations and private price-fixing class action. 
  • Represented multiple individual manager-level defendants in connection with DOJ criminal antitrust investigations including price-fixing, bid-rigging, and no-poach agreements in multiple industries, including construction industries and sports & entertainment industries. 
  • Represented Google LLC in Ninth Circuit Appeal. 
  • Represented Owens Corning in multijurisdictional filings in preparation for proposed acquisition by 3B. 
  • Represented Methanex in FTC Second Request Investigation into proposed acquisition of OCI. 
  • Represented Dolce & Gabbana in the FTC's investigation into Tapestry Inc.'s attempted acquisition into Capri Holdings Ltd. 
  • Represented Newpark Resources, Inc. in its auction sale of fluid subsidiaries.

Before joining the firm, Allison worked on the following matters:

  • Represented multiple individual manager-level defendants in connection with various DOJ criminal antitrust investigations.
  • Represented Google LLC in the Google News investigation brought by the Competition Commission of India.
  • Represented Twitter and Netflix in multiple lawsuits brought by advertisers alleging Meta brands monopolize social media advertising.
  • Represented the CEO of a major publishing house in a bid-rigging investigation into the business.
  • Represented the target corporations in Google, LLC's acquisition of Mandiant, Inc. and Thoma Bravo Fund XV-A, L.P.'s acquisition of ForgeRock, Inc.
