Inès Silvestrini
Biography
Inès Silvestrini is a senior associate in the Corporate Finance Practice Group in the Brussels office. She joined Baker McKenzie in 2023 after several years of experience in another international law firm.
Practice Focus
Inès advises domestic and international clients on corporate finance matters ranging from public and private M&A transactions to private equity and venture capital transactions. She also advises on general corporate law matters, such as corporate reorganizations and restructurings as well as corporate compliance and governance matters. She works with companies in a variety of sectors and industries.
