Wenham Shen
Biography
Wenham Shen is a director of economics in Baker McKenzie's Washington, DC office. Mr. Shen advises multinational clients on a broad range of transfer pricing issues, including intellectual property (IP) transfers, supply chain restructuring, post-acquisition integration, transfer pricing planning and risk assessment, compliance documentation, cost sharing agreements (CSAs), advance pricing agreements (APAs), mutual agreement procedures (MAPs), and dispute resolutions through audits, appeals, and litigation. Mr. Shen has extensive experience in preparing complex economic analyses in the context of transfer pricing, tax policy, and valuations of business enterprises and intangible assets. Mr. Shen also provides economic analyses related to antitrust and corporate investigation matters. Prior to joining Baker McKenzie, Mr. Shen worked at a private equity investment fund. Mr. Shen is a regular author and speaker on transfer pricing and other economic issues.
