Kiara Sharifi

Kiara Sharifi is an associate in Baker McKenzie's Merger & Acquisitions and Corporate practice groups in Zurich. Kiara graduated with a law degree from the Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main where she worked as a tutor at the Institute for Private Law.

After graduating with her first state exam in law, Kiara worked as a research assistant in an international commercial law firm. Kiara became a fully qualified lawyer in May 2023 by successfully passing the Second State Examination in Law in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. After graduating, she worked as a trainee lawyer in the real estate team of an international law firm in Frankfurt am Main.

In September 2023, Kiara joined our Zurich office, where she advises domestic and international clients in the areas of corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and restructuring as well as general corporate, commercial and contract law. She was admitted to the Bar Association Frankfurt am Main in 2023.
