  • Advised several lenders in relation to several Belgian ECA backed export financings for projects in Burkina Faso, Ivory Coast, Bénin, Sénégal.
  • Advised a medical technology company on convertible bridge loan and credit facility restructuring.
  • Advised Sequana Medical NV, a pioneer in fluid overload treatment, on a EUR 6.1 million convertible bridge loan from five shareholders. Included funding structure and shareholder participation.
  • Advised BNP Paribas Fortis SA/NV as Bookrunning Mandated Lead Arranger and the other Finance Parties on a bridge and revolving facilities agreement for Interparking SA.
  • Advised KBC Bank NV and the lenders with respect to a financing for Securex Corporate SA.
  • Advised KBC Bank NV as documentation agent and a club of lenders on the refinancing of a revolving facility entered into by the Agfa-Gevaert group, a developer and manufacturer of analogue and digital imaging systems and IT solutions, by way of a new sustainability linked revolving facility.
  • Advised an investment fund in relation to the financing of the acquisition of the Finance Tower in Brussels.
  • Advised the lender in relation to the financing of the acquisition and redevelopment of the Manhattan Tower in Brussels.
