Ana Sofia Reyna

Ana Sofia has more vast experience in the design and structuring of processes of the promotion of private investment, public private associations, private initiatives, concessions, and privatizations. She has participated as legal advisor in the procedures of the promotion of transport infrastructure of great scope, as well as the privatization of assets using diverse modalities.

She has been legal advisor to the Agency for the Promotion of Private Investment (PROINVERSION), 2001 to 2011 and Member of the Committee for the Promotion of Private Investment of the Public Beneficence Society of Cuzco, as well as Technical Secretary and legal advisor of the Committee for the Promotion of Private Investment for the sale of sugar company stock, 2000 – 2001.

• Participated as legal advisor of, among others, the processes of the promotion of private investment for the surrender in concession of the new pier for containers at the Terminal Port of Callao – South Pier, the Terminal Port of Paita, the multi-purpose North Terminal of the Terminal Port of Callao and the surrender in concession by private initiative of the New Port for Minerals at the Terminal Port of Callao.

• Advised the surrender in usufruct of the Civic Center of Lima, the sale of lots A, B and C components of the Touristic Project El Chaco La Puntilla, and the sale of surplus real estate of the Consolidated Reserves Fund.

• In charge of the process of promotion of private investment in the shares of the State in Empresa Agroindustrial Casa Grande S.A.A., which concluded in the successful sale of the totality of the State's shares in said company.
