Biography

Linnéa Rahm is a member of Baker McKenzie’s IPTech Practice Group in Stockholm. Linnéa joined the Firm as a senior associate in 2022. Prior to joining the Firm, she worked two years at a top ranked law firm gaining experience in intellectual property and commercial law and six years at a leading international intellectual property firm. Linnéa also previously worked at a large independent music publishing company.

Practice Focus

Linnéa focuses her practice on intellectual property and marketing law, including trademark and design protection and enforcement, clearance searching and prosecution, anti-counterfeiting measures, due diligence and transactions involving intellectual property and intellectual property related contractual issues, litigation and administrative disputes.

Linnéa has experience in trademark disputes such as infringements, oppositions, cancellation actions, company and domain name disputes and dispute resolution.

Linnéa has worked with clients in a broad range of different fields, including in the entertainment and telecommunication industries, the automotive industry as well as in the fields of fashion and beauty, security, wood and mining, construction, pharmaceuticals, IT, finance and banking.
