Biography
Marcela Pertusi Hernández is an associate in the Intellectual Property & Technology Practice Group in Baker McKenzie's New York Office. While in law school, Marcela worked in the Refugee and Immigrant Rights Litigation Clinic where she provided free legal representation to clients seeking asylum.
Practice Focus
Marcela advises clients on intellectual property matters that arise within corporate transactions, including merger and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate restructurings. She also represents clients in drafting technology license agreements, invention assignment agreements, collaboration agreements and others involving data and intellectual property.
