Biography
Bryan is a seasoned corporate finance lawyer with over 25 years in the field. He represents banks, credit funds, investors and borrowers on a wide range of corporate banking and finance facilities, including leveraged and acquisition finance transactions, real estate deals, fund financings, and secondary debt transactions. He also provides counsel on financial restructuring and advises insolvency practitioners on banking and security matters.
Bryan's extensive domestic and international experience, gained from practicing at leading law firms in London, Frankfurt and Australia, is a significant asset to his clients.
He is known for his robust, pragmatic and commercial approach to significant transactions.
