Lotte Ozinga
Biography
Lotte Ozinga is a senior associate with the Employment Practice Group at Baker McKenzie's Amsterdam office. Lotte has experience in assisting human resources departments of multinationals, as well as the boards of small- and medium-sized enterprises, with employment law matters.
Practice Focus
Lotte mainly assists the human resources departments of multinational clients and the boards of small and medium-sized enterprises on employment law matters. She provides legal support to clients going through (collective) dismissals, works council related issues, litigation and (de)merger activities, among others. Lotte also advises clients on cases relating to illness and poor performance files.
Lotte has registered 'employment law' as her principal legal practice area in the Netherlands Bar's register of legal practice areas (rechtsgebiedenregister).
Based on this registration, Lotte is required to obtain ten training credits per calendar year in each registered principal legal practice area in accordance with the standards set by the Netherlands Bar.
