Veronika A. Nemeth
Biography
Veronika Nemeth is a corporate partner in Baker McKenzie's San Francisco
office. She serves on the Firm's North America Corporate & Securities
Steering Committee and leads the Corporate Reorganizations practice in
the North America region. She is also a member of the Firm's Global
Reorganizations Steering Committee.
Practice Focus
Ms. Nemeth assists companies with the planning and implementation of
complex, multijurisdictional corporate reorganization projects, including
post-acquisition integrations, separations and spin-offs, holding company
and supply chain restructurings, and entity rationalizations. In addition, she
advises clients on establishing operations outside the United States.
