Joseph (Joe) D. Moses
Biography
Joe Moses is an associate in the Transactional Practice Group of Baker McKenzie's Los Angeles office. Joe has broad experience in multiple practice areas, including mergers & acquisitions, investment funds, intellectual property agreements and corporate governance. He also advises on a variety of issues affecting investment managers, family offices, and high-net-worth clients. He has a passion for helping non-profit organizations achieve their charitable missions through corporate organization and governance.
Before entering private practice, Joe was a judicial law clerk serving the United States District Court for the Central District of California. Before law school, he was a professional actor in Los Angeles and New York City. He has also worked as a social media strategist and consultant.

- Represented Weta Digital in the sale of its visual effects assets to Unity Technologies for USD 1.6 billion.
- Advised multiple California nonprofit organizations on revisions to their bylaws and other corporate governance documents.
