Acted for Commercial International Bank (Egypt) S.A.E. as borrower in relation to a COVID response term facility provided by the International Finance Corporation (IFC).

Acted for Commercial International Bank (Egypt) S.A.E. as borrower in relation to term and revolving credit facilities provided by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).

Acted for Oman Oil Company S.A.O.C. on its inaugural USD 1.85 billion corporate revolving credit facility and subsequent increases and refinancings.

Acted for Oman Oil Company Exploration & Production LLC on its USD 1 billion crude oil pre-export financing and its subsequent amendment and extension.

Acted for Oman Gas Company S.A.O.C. on a USD 1.1 billion term loan facility entered into as a bridge to a regulated asset base financing.

Acted for Salalah Methanol Company LLC on the USD 728 million combined project financing of its ammonia expansion project and refinancing of its methanol plant.
