Tuan Minh is a foreign registered lawyer in our Ho Chi Minh City office’s Dispute Resolution Practice Group. He has over eight years of experience in international arbitration, antitrust and compliance matters.

He has worked on various cross-border projects, including advisory and compliance due diligence from a Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) perspective, international arbitration, and the international aspects of compliance and antitrust. With a robust background in these areas, Minh has successfully guided numerous multinational corporations through complex legal landscapes, ensuring adherence to international standards and best practices when it comes to antitrust and mitigating legal risks.
