Eylem Kutay
Biography
Eylem Kutay is an associate in Baker McKenzie's Zurich office and a member of the Firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions practice group. She graduated from the University of Basel in 2020. Subsequently she joined the Firm as a trainee Lawyer and re-joined as an associate in 2024. Prior to her return, Eylem gained experience working as a law clerk at the Cantonal Court of Basel-Landschaft, at the Office of the Public Prosecutor in Canton of Bern and another Zurich-based business law firm.
Practice Focus
Eylem advises domestic and international clients in the areas of corporate and real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and restructurings as well as general corporate, commercial and contract law.
