Rebecca focuses her practice on public and private M&A and equity capital markets. She has extensive experience in equity capital markets, public and private takeovers, (cross border) mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and corporate commercial work. Her clients include US and European multi-nationals.

• Advised Mytheresa on its agreement with Richemont on the acquisition of Yoox NET- A – Porter.
• Advised Sunoco on its acquisition of several liquid fuels terminals in Amsterdam, Netherlands and Bantry Bay, Ireland from Zenith Energy Netherlands.
• Advised RB&S Group on the acquisition of Kyte Powertech.
• Advised CureVac on its restructuring collaboration with GSK into a new licensing agreement.
• Advised Audax Private Equity in connection with the acquisition of Validata Holding B.V. by Disa Global Solutions Inc., being a portfolio company of Audax Private Equity.
• Advised Astellas Pharmaceuticals in the divestments of its pharmaceutical plant in the Netherlands.
• Advised Wilbur-Ellis in connection with the merger of its "Connell" business and Caldic B.V., owned by Advent International, to form a leading global life sciences and specialty chemicals solutions distribution platform with combined sales of c. EUR 3 billion.
• Advised Keysight Technologies Netherlands on the acquisition of Riscure Holding Software.
• Advised Trane Technologies, a global climate innovator, on the Series B investment in LiquidStack, the global leader in liquid immersion cooling for data centers.
• Advised New Amsterdam Invest .V. a special purpose acquisition company, in its business combination with Somerset Park B.V.
