Biography
Christine Kim is an associate in Baker McKenzie’s Tax Practice Group in Washington, DC. She advises companies on a variety of corporate and international tax matters, with a focus on resolving complex tax disputes and international tax controversies.
Practice Focus
Christine’s practice focuses on the resolution of federal and international tax controversies with the IRS and other taxing authorities. Christine advises clients in all stages of tax disputes, from audit and administrative appeals to litigation before the United States Tax Court, United States district courts and courts of appeals, and courts in non-U.S. jurisdictions. Christine also has significant experience with Advance Pricing Agreements, competent authority negotiations, and transfer pricing planning and documentation.
