Biography
Mark Innis has been involved in cross-border mergers and acquisitions work and major projects in Indonesia and throughout the Asia Pacific since moving to the region in 1990.
Practice Focus
Mark focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions as well as advising on international joint ventures, competitive bids and private sales, disposals of private and publicly listed companies, and major mergers and corporate restructurings. He also handles matters in media/telecoms, plantations, insurance, and real estate industry.
