Biography
Aurélie Govillé is a corporate lawyer in the M&A practice of Baker & McKenzie in Paris since 2006. She was seconded to Baker McKenzie's London office for a year, in the global reorganisations department, to work on a multijurisdictional restructuring coordinated from London.
Aurélie graduated from the Jean Monnet University and from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas where she obtained an M.B.A. in Business law and tax.
Practice Focus
Aurélie assists clients in structuring and implementing complex domestic and cross-border reorganisations, coordinating their implementation worldwide from Paris. She also advises French listed and private companies on the organisation of their corporate governance and equity transactions.
