Nicole Galledari

Nicole Galledari is an associate in the Firm’s Corporate/M&A Practice Group with a focus on cross-border M&A and global carve-out transactions. Nicole also provides counsel regarding general corporate matters, shareholder arrangements and corporate reorganizations.

Nicole joined the Firm’s London office in 2020 where she was admitted as solicitor in England & Wales. In 2023, Nicole relocated to the Firm’s UAE office.

Nicole is also part of the London office’s warranty and indemnity insurance practice, advising clients and the wider Baker McKenzie network on policy placements around the globe.
