Olof Forssell (Johannesson)

Olof's practice includes a diverse range of compliance areas, including sanctions and export controls, customs and trade remedies, anti-money laundering, anti-bribery, and other corporate compliance risks. Olof has extensive multi-jurisdictional experience in advising clients across these areas, including in the context of complex cross-border transactions, risk assessments and policies, classification and licensing, investigations and enforcement matters involving Swedish and overseas agencies. He regularly represents clients in administrative law and regulatory disputes.

Olof has significant experience in advising national and international clients across industries, including technology and telecommunications, infrastructure and energy, life sciences, defense, engineering and financial services. He frequently presents on legal developments and trends to industry bodies and trade groups in Sweden.
