Dennis Engstrand
Biography
Dennis Engstrand is a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Group in Stockholm with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and real estate matters. Dennis joined Baker McKenzie as an associate in 2023. Prior to joining the Firm, Dennis worked at a real estate focused transactional law firm in Stockholm for five years.

Dennis advises corporates and private equity funds on domestic and cross-border transactions as well as on general real estate law matters.
