Pascal Dorier
Biography
Pascal Dorier is an associate in Baker McKenzie's Zurich office and a member of the Firm's Real Estate Practice Group. Pascal graduated in 2020 from the University of Berne with a Master's degree in Law. During these years, he gained experience working at the cantonal construction office in Berne. Subsequently, he joined the Firm as a trainee lawyer in Zurich, where he later also was a trainee at the District Court of Zurich. Pascal was admitted to the Swiss bar in 2023 and rejoined the Firm in the same year, initially in Geneva to provide his services in the French-speaking part of Switzerland.
Practice Focus
Pascal focuses on advising domestic and international clients in the areas of real estate and corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and restructuring as well as general corporate, commercial and contract law.
