• Advising club lenders to the owner and operator of Australia's largest export coal rail network in respect of their financing arrangements.
• Advising the Australian subsidiary of a leading Canadian pension fund in respect of financing associated with their Australian agribusiness investments. 
• Advising Platinum Equity, as Australian counsel, on financing arrangements for a number of their portfolio entities.
• Advising a leading Asian real estate investment trust on their bilateral bridge facility to fund acquisition of Australian property.
• Advising investors on the structuring of, and investment into, litigation funding facilities.
• Advising Lighter Capital on their warehouse facility funding with private investors and a state government investment agency.
• Advising a specialist lender in respect of loans made against government refunds and incentives.
• Advising syndicate lenders in respect of providing acquisition financing to Infratil and Morrison & Co for the purchase of Qscan, a group specialising in medical imaging and radiology.*
• Advising syndicate lenders in respect of providing acquisition financing to Crescent Capital for the purchase of PRP Diagnostic Imaging.*
