• Advised Ooredoo Group on the sale of a minority equity stake in its carrier-neutral data centre company, MENA Digital Hub, to Iron Mountain, a global leader in information management services.
• Advised Georg Fischer on its acquisition of Corys Piping Systems, a leading manufacturer of engineered sustainable piping systems for the construction market in the Middle East region, based in Dubai, from Green Coast Enterprises
• Advised G42 on its acquisition of CPX, a leading cyber security business in the UAE from Tawazun Holding. 
• Advised G42 on its technology joint venture with Nesma Holdings. 
• Advised Sunset Hospitality Group on its acquisition of a majority interest in Maximal Concepts Holding, a Hong Kong-based hospitality group with operations across 12 jurisdictions. 
• Advised Ripples Capital Limited (Kitopi) on the acquisition of AWJ Investments, a leading regional food and beverage business. 
• Advised Tanmiah Food Company on the sale of 15% stake in Agricultural Development Company and 60% stake in Supreme Foods Processing Company to Tyson Foods, Inc.
• Advised Tanmiah Food Company on its joint venture with MHP, a leading European food and agrotech company listed on the London Stock Exchange. 
• Advised Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company PJSC (Masdar) on its joint venture with EDF to launch a solar, renewables and energy savings venture with operations across the Middle East and North Africa.
