Biography
Andre is a Director in the Amsterdam Transfer Pricing team. He joined Baker McKenzie Amsterdam in January 2013.
Andre is an experienced transfer pricing professional with extensive experience in the design, planning and documentation of intercompany transactions for multinational clients. His expertise includes financial analysis, economic benchmarking, and business valuation analysis. He has performed transfer pricing work for clients in a wide range of industries including the industrial, oil and gas, financial services and pharmaceutical industry.

Practice Focus
Andre's main area of focus is inter-company financing transactions and valuation analyses, performing economic and financial analyses and preparation of transfer pricing documentation. His analyses include cash flow modeling, pricing of financial derivatives and conducting credit rating analyses, in addition to general transfer pricing compliance and documentation projects. Furthermore, Andre specializes in inter-company finance structuring, debt pricing and cash-pool analyses from a tax, transfer pricing and treasury perspective. He has also been involved in tax-effective supply-chain restructuring assignments and conducting functional analyses.
