Advised YAGEO Corporation in its acquisition of Schneider Electric's Telemecanique Sensors business.
Advised New Mountain Capital in connection with its acquisition of the Applied, Food and Enterprise Services businesses from the Discovery & Analytical Solutions segment of PerkinElmer, Inc.
Advised MiddleGround Capital in acquisition of aftermarket performance motor sports parts suppliers.
Advised Cadence Design Systems Inc. in its acquisition of Cascade Technologies.
