Michelle is a corporate attorney with more than twelve years of experience acting as lead deal counsel to Fortune 500 companies and other multinational corporations in cross-border and domestic mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. She works across a range of industries, with a focus on life sciences and food & beverage transactions. She has significant experience guiding clients through complex multijurisdictional carve-outs involving global operations and significant transitional arrangements. • Advised multiple US public companies in their acquisitions of majority stakes in in family-owned or closely held companies and the negotiation of post-closing economics, governance and buy-outs.
