Nordin Buitink

Nordin advises on international tax matters with a focus on (European) tax policy matters, corporate restructurings and mergers and acquisitions. He is engaged in negotiating tax rulings, resolving audits, and advising on implementing financing and licensing arrangements. Nordin focusses on multinationals across both local and cross-border transactions with a US focus.

Nordin has registered tax law as principal legal practice area in the Netherlands Bar’s register of legal areas. Based on that registration, he is required to obtain ten training credits per calendar year in tax law, in accordance with the standards set by the Netherlands Bar.
