Maya Boot

Maya mainly assists the human resources departments of multinational clients and the boards of small and medium-sized enterprises on employment law matters. She provides legal support to clients going through collective dismissals, Works Council related issues and (de)merger activities, among others. Maya also provides advice on cases relating to illness and poor performance files.

Maya has registered Employment law (Arbeidsrecht) as the principal legal practice area in the Netherlands Bar’s register of legal areas. Based on this registration, she is required to obtain ten training credits per calendar year in each registered principal legal practice area in accordance with the standards set by the Netherlands Bar.
