Marie-Amélie (Roger) Balducci
Biography
Marie-Amélie (Roger) Balducci worked for the Employment Group of Baker McKenzie from 2016 to 2021 and carried out a nine-month secondment program in London in 2019. From 2021 to 2023, she worked in house as a labor law director (tech industry) where she was in charge of the relations with the works council and all HR matters (including the implementation of new working time schemes, a PSE/PDV, and regular consultations of the works council), before coming back to Baker McKenzie in 2023, as a senior associate.
Practice Focus
Marie-Amélie assists French and international clients in various areas ranging from management of (i) collective employment issues: such as dealing with employee representatives’ consultation, implementing mass redundancies and reorganizations, introducing HR policies on various topics (health and safety measures, working time regulations, equal pay, whistleblowing, remote work); (ii) as well as individual employment matters: employment agreements, employee performance, individual dismissals, risk assessment, and settlement agreements. She also assists multinational groups with the coordination of international projects.
