Biography
Samar joined the Firm in 2018 and is actively involved in advising both Saudi Arabian and foreign clients on a wide range of corporate, commercial and M&A transactions.
Practice Focus
- Acting for Allianz Allianz Saudi Fransi Cooperative Company (ASF), a listed company on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul), on its rights issue of SAR 400 million.
- Acting for Saudi Steel Pipe Company, a welded steel pipes producer listed on Tadawul, in relation to the sale of 23,000,000 shares to Tenaris S.A.
- Acting for Arabian Centers Company, a company owning a portfolio of 20 shopping malls in Saudi Arabia, on its IPO and listing of shares on Tadawul.
- Acting for Saudi Fransi Capital in its capacity as underwriter to the offering of 4,800,000 shares in the share capital of Al Moammar Information Systems Company's (MIS) through an IPO and listing on Tadawul.
- Acting for Samba Capital in its capacity as underwriter to the offering of 11,250,000 shares in the share capital of Mahara Human Resources Company through an IPO and listing on Tadawul.
