Siba Auf, LL.M.
Biography
Siba Auf is an associate at Baker McKenzie's Corporate/M&A, Capital Markets and ESG Practice Group in Vienna. Prior to joining the Firm, Siba worked at various renowned international and national law firms in Vienna and Liechtenstein and as a research assistant at the University of Vienna. During her legal studies she completed two terms at the University of Warwick and wrote her master thesis at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), while also studying Business Administration.
Practice Focus
Siba advices on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, and all matters related to corporate, commercial and contract law. Her practice further covers capital markets and investment funds as well as ESG matters relating to supply chains and the implementation of new regulatory standards. Her industry focus lies on industrials, manufacturing & transportation. She advices national and international clients with a particular focus on the Middle East.
